Do you source from other farms?
No. We are an estate-grown coffee producer, which means all our coffee is grown on our own farm rather than sourced from other growers.
What varieties do you produce?
We cultivate a range of high-quality Arabica varieties. These include Geisha, Catimor, Limani, Gran Colombia, Catuai, and Caturra, among others.
What processing methods do you offer?
We offer several processing methods to bring out unique characteristics in our coffees. Our methods include washed, honey, natural, and even controlled fermentation processes. By tailoring the processing (from traditional washed to experimental fermentation), we can highlight different flavor notes and meet diverse preferences in the specialty coffee market.
Do you offer microlots and limited selections?
We do offer microlots and limited edition lots. These are small, exceptional batches of coffee (often from a single variety, plot, or experimental process) that we set aside due to their standout quality or unique characteristics.
Can I reserve a microlot for a future harvest?
We welcome partnerships where a buyer is interested in securing an upcoming crop. Through prior arrangement, we can earmark a specific microlot (for example, a particular variety or process from the next harvest) exclusively for you. This reservation ensures that once the coffee is harvested and processed, the microlot is set aside for you
